Models I am looking for female models, regardless of level of experience, who are seriously interested in collaborating with me to create beautiful fine art nude images. There is no upper age limit. Two of the models are over 50 and several are in their 40s. If you like some of the images on my site, please contact me. Working together would involve at least two sessions. The first would be a short meeting at a coffee shop to discuss the types of images each of us might be interested in creating, and to determine whether we would be comfortable with each other in a studio session. (If you live outside the Greater Toronto Area, we might do this by telephone). The second meeting would be at the studio, trying a variety of poses and lighting arrangements to see what works. The studio sessions would usually be on a weekend, but could be in the evening if that is the only convenient time. Ideally, I am looking for models with whom I can develop a good level of communication, to photograph several times. If you have your own ideas of poses and lighting you would like to try, so much the better. What you would receive in return for your time and for signing a full model release? Negotiable, but a sample package might include: - within 4 weeks, at least 6 retouched, watermarked images processed in Photoshop, either via email or on a DVD (your choice). They would be JPEGs for web display, and you would be granted the right to display these images on any website for self-promotional purposes.
- a package of up to 6 prints of your chosen images, 8 X 10 or 9 X 12 printed with archival inks on high quality paper. These would be useful for your portfolio or album, or to frame.
- during the photo session we could also take some headshots or other portraits with clothing that are interesting to you. See samples on my pages called Faces, or Images for Models.
At our initial meeting or telephone call you would decide whether you are interested in and comfortable with posing for me. If not, there would be no further obligation. However, if you do decide to proceed, I would expect you to sign my standard model release, to show up at the shoot at the agreed time, and to provide at least three hours of posing time after you have your full make-up on. If you would like to bring another model with you for company, who would pose before or after your session, or your own MUA, that would be most welcome. Or, you could also bring someone who will just escort you to or from the shoot, so long as they do not look over my shoulder, and thus distract from the session.
